John Su is a healthcare and wellbeing leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategic health initiatives across APAC, Greater Asia, and Indonesia. As the Director of Global Health and Wellbeing at Unilever, they lead regional programmes that integrate health into business strategy, enhancing employee wellbeing and organisational resilience. Their previous roles include leadership positions at Parkway Shenton and Q&M Medical, where they oversaw multi-site operations and clinical governance. John holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine, and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health from the National University of Singapore, and is committed to advancing health equity and sustainable wellbeing in the workplace.
