Mathilde Bresson is currently the Global Sustainability Director at Haleon and previously held significant roles at Unilever, including Senior Sustainability Manager and part of the Global Sustainability Leadership Team. With a Master's in Management and MSc Marketing from EDHEC Business School, Mathilde has a strong foundation in embedding sustainability within organizations, driving environmental and social impact. Their past experience includes pioneering behaviour change initiatives in health and the environment, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as leading market research for the Dove brand. Mathilde began their career as an Assistant Brand Manager intern at Mondelēz International.
