Paula Sette

Paula Sette is a Biochemical Engineer who graduated from USP (Universidade de São Paulo) and holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management of Production from UNICAMP (Universidade Estadual de Campinas). With extensive experience in packaging development, Paula has worked on innovative and savings projects for personal care and food products across Latin America, focusing on Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. Paula's career includes roles at companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser, Flora, and Unilever, where they have held positions ranging from intern to Senior R&D Product & Packaging Development Manager. Currently, Paula serves as a Home Care R&D Packaging Manager at Unilever.
