Richard Sharp

Richard Sharp has extensive experience in human resources and business operations, currently serving as CHRO for Unilever's Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, Global Business Services, Finance, and overall Productivity since February 2009. Previously, Richard held several senior HR roles at Unilever, including Head of HR for Unilever Personal Care Europe and HR Director for Global Foods Category, responsible for HR strategy across a €14 billion business. Prior to Unilever, Richard worked as a consultant at The Berkeley Partnership and as a management consultant at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities included managing change programs and improving organizational effectiveness. Richard also qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working in the London Audit practice. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in International History & Politics from the University of Leeds.
