Rik Stuart is currently an R&D Manager at Unilever, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this role, Rik completed the Unilever Future Leaders Programme from 2019 to 2022, participated as a Technical Project Leader, and contributed to the Marketing Unox and Business & Digital Transformation teams. Rik earned a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Wageningen University & Research, where they also conducted their MSc thesis on the production and purification of alphavirus eVLPs. Additionally, they completed an MSc internship at the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Nagasaki, focusing on the role of the Fcγ receptor in Flavivirus infections.
