Simone Pyle

Simone Pyle, PhD, currently serves as a Science and Technology Manager in the Gut Microbiome division at Unilever. They previously worked as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Reading, focusing on the impact of prebiotics, probiotics, and synbiotics on gut microbiota, and acted as a Microbiology/Food Science Laboratory demonstrator. Simone has experience in various roles, including an Associate Scientist position at GSK and an intern with the All Party Parliamentary Group on the microbiome. They hold a Master’s Degree in Human & Applied Physiology from King's College London and completed A-Levels in Psychology, Leisure, and Biology.
