Stuart Websmith

Stuart Websmith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, consulting, and engineering. Stuart served as a Founding Member and Product Lead at UFR (uFlexReward) from January 2019 to January 2023 and is currently the Head of Product & Innovation at uFlexReward since January 2023. Prior roles include Implementation Manager at Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Senior Consultant at Buck (a Gallagher Company), and Global Reward Consultant at Unilever. Stuart's early career featured positions as an Assistant Engineer at South Eastern Trains and Mechanical Engineer at Troup Bywaters and Anders. Additionally, Stuart is a proud member of the Pay Transparency Alliance, a coalition focused on the complexities of pay transparency. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an MEng in Engineering with Business Finance from University College London, and specialized training in compensation management and database design.
