Twyla Bailey

Twyla Bailey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food and consumer packaged goods industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of US Food at Unilever since January 2025, Twyla previously held a series of leadership positions at Mondelēz International from January 2013 to December 2024, including Senior Vice President of US Food & Mass and Vice President of Kroger Customer. Twyla's earlier career includes significant roles at Kraft Foods from 2000 to 2013, where responsibilities spanned from Associate Director of Sales Operations & Strategy to Territory Coordinator. Twyla began in the industry at Nabisco from 1995 to 2000, advancing from Region Trainer to Territory Manager.
