Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith has extensive experience in data management and systems integration. Jeff started their career in 2003 at Lowe's Companies, Inc. where they held various roles including HR Information Systems Analyst and Product Information Specialist. During this time, they were responsible for custom reporting, database management, and the implementation of a homegrown item product master data management system.

In 2008, Jeff joined UNC Charlotte as the HR Information Systems Manager, where they oversaw the implementation of an Electronic Personnel Action Form system and managed a team responsible for employee actions.

Returning to Lowe's Companies, Inc. in 2010, Jeff became the Master Data Manager - Product Data and played a key role in system enhancements, process automation, and the implementation of a Product Master Data Management system.

From 2015 to 2019, Jeff worked at Shutterfly, Inc. as a Senior Master Data Manager. Jeff led efforts to improve data quality and manage enterprise data assets, collaborating with stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Most recently, Jeff joined Unilog in 2019 as the Director of Retail Content Subscriptions.

Jeff Smith attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Jeff specialized in Management Information Systems and Operations Management and Supervision.
