In 1972 Unilux began manufacturing vertical fan coil units as a replacement for radiant baseboard heating in high-rise buildings. Unilux is Canada's original manufacturer of fan coils and can be found in over 500,000 homes. More than 90% of residential buildings in Ontario have Unilux fan coils. This includes condominiums, apartments, hotels, and seniors residences.

The Unilux team of engineers and high-rise residential HVAC experts have revolutionized vertical fan coil replacement by creating the only cabinet unit that can completely replace an aging vertical fan coil unit within the existing cabinet. Replacing aging and/or malfunctioning fan coils is now quick, clean, and easy. The low-disruption installation process means the project is completed in a few hours with little to no disruption to a resident's suite.

Unilux CRFC works with residential high-rise buildings including condominiums, apartments, hotels, and seniors residents to provide a replacement solution for aging fan coils to improve the heating, cooling, and ventilation within a suite. Providing customers with a better indoor air quality experience is our main goal.

In addition to improving the indoor air quality within a building and its suites updating aging fan coils with the new Unillux retrofit fan coil can help reduce energy consumption within a building, mitigate potential water damage, and prevent mould growth. Whether you're looking for a whole-building solution or just a few new fan coils Unilux CRFC can provide your building with the right solution to mitigate any possible or present issues related to the HVAC system.

Located in a booming condo market, our team has decades of experience in the HVAC industry pushing boundaries with innovative solutions.
