Will Holmes

Will Holmes is a seasoned corporate and commercial attorney with extensive experience as a fractional general counsel for growth companies. From 1996 to 2004, they served as an attorney at Gunderson Dettmer, and later became a partner at New Counsel, PLC from 2016 to 2021. Currently, Will holds multiple fractional general counsel positions at Oobli, Essential Aero, and BoxPower, and also serves as an independent board member at Unimax. They earned a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law, following a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
