Birger Nergaard

Birger Nergaard has extensive experience in investment and advisory roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board at Union Eiendomskapital and an Advisor at Antler, Birger is involved with a global startup generator. As Deputy Director at Maritime & Merchant Bank and Founder and Director at Verdane Capital, Birger has a longstanding commitment to managing investments since establishing Four Seasons Venture in 1984. Birger also holds advisory positions with Advent International and chairs Nergaard Investment Partners, focusing on venture capital and real estate markets. Additionally, Birger has served on several boards, including roles as Vice Chairman at RS Platou ASA and a board member at Clarksons Platou Securities AS. Birger holds a cand.jur. degree in corporate law from the University of Oslo, graduated summa cum laude.
