Hans A Bale holds a Master of Science from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), which they completed in 1990. With over 20 years of experience in asset management and investment banking, Hans has previously worked with Nordea, SEB, and Fondsfinans. They were responsible for Norwegian equity portfolios at SEB Asset Management and established the company’s Norwegian division in 2005. Currently, Hans is the Head of Fundraise & Investor Relations at UNION, following a role as Partner at Norron Asset Management from 2015 to 2025.
