John Votta

John Votta has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. John is currently working at Union.ai as a Product Manager since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SafeGraph from October 2020 to October 2022, where they held multiple roles including Head of Solutions Engineering and Business Operations & Strategy. In these roles, they established the Solutions Engineering organization and led special projects covering areas such as partnerships, marketing, and product. Before joining SafeGraph, John worked at BFAM Partners (Hong Kong) Limited as an Equity-Linked Trader from January 2017 to June 2018. John managed the equity placements business for a global hedge fund and developed relationships with sell-side counterparties. John's earlier experience includes working at Evolution Financial Group as a Proprietary Trader from June 2012 to January 2017, where they focused on developing and deploying trading strategies in Asian equity markets.

John Votta attended St. Joseph's Preparatory School from 2004 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University, graduating in 2012. In 2018, they returned to school and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Wharton School. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree with a specialization in Data Science at Penn Engineering.
