Union Community Care has purposefully connected with our communities throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, we set out on the long journey of supporting patients recovering from COVID-19, vaccinating the hard-to-reach and vulnerable among us, and helping families and communities heal emotionally and physically.

The Healthcare and Clinical Team at Union Community Care provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care, dental care, and behavioral health services. This multidisciplinary team, consisting of certified medical assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacy technicians, physician assistants, and behavioral health consultants, collaborates to deliver holistic care addressing both immediate health needs and underlying social determinants of health. By integrating into the community, they work to remove barriers to care, support COVID-19 recovery and vaccination efforts, and foster wellbeing through culturally respectful and equitable healthcare practices.

The Leadership Team at Union Community Care, including the President & CEO, President & Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Communications Officer, is responsible for steering the organization's vision and strategy to ensure the provision of integrated, patient-led healthcare.
