Jon Williams serves as an Advocate for the North Carolina Everyone Goes Home Team since August 2023 and has been an Adjunct Instructor at South Piedmont Community College since March 2009, focusing on Firefighter, EMS, and Incident Command courses. Previously, Jon held the position of Emergency Management Planner at On Target Preparedness from January 2020 to February 2023 and worked as Deputy Fire Marshal for Union County, NC from May 2002 until November 2023. Additionally, Jon contributes as Training Chief at Hemby Bridge Fire Department and is involved in community service as a Board Member for the Union County Chapter of the Firefighters Burned Children's Fund and as a member of the Board of Directors for Firefighters for the Cure. Recently appointed as Fire Marshal for Union County, NC, Jon is also pursuing a degree in Fire Services Administration at Fayetteville State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fire Protection at Cleveland Community College.
