David Murphy

David Murphy is a dedicated Chief Compliance Officer, currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent in Union County Schools, where they have invested in the education and development of youth since entering the field in 2001. With a background in Design Engineering from ALLTEL COMMUNICATIONS and extensive educational qualifications—including a Bachelor’s in Production/Operations Management, multiple advanced degrees in education, and ongoing doctoral studies in Educational Leadership—David has fulfilled various roles, including teacher, principal, and district-level administrator. Recognized as Union County Schools Teacher of the Year in 2012, David also chairs the Blairsville-Union County Chamber of Commerce and actively oversees district-wide compliance with educational standards.
