Founded by industrial designer, Jeff Theesfeld, Union specializes in the commercial furniture industry, leveraging a deep understanding of the constraints of manufacturing, regulatory, and ergonomics to create successful products for our partners.
We strive to not just create products but to unite with our partners in creating lasting relationships centered around innovative design thinking. We listen and observe to find needs we can translate into objects. 
Our design is centered around the people that will interact with it, while aesthetic inspiration may come from a variety of sources and experiences. Sometimes from nature, sometimes from art and architecture, or sometimes through the design process itself.
We feel that good design embraces constraints. To create successful design, we go beyond aesthetics to confront the real-world constraints. We work with our partners to create beautiful designs that works within the constraints of manufacturing, sustainability, and business.
