Michael Haft is the Founder and CEO of Compass Coffee, a fast-growing business in Washington D.C. They served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 2009 to 2013 before founding Compass Coffee in 2013. In addition to their role at Compass, Haft actively contributes as a Board Member at Union Kitchen and serves as a Strategic Advisor at Prefect. They also co-authored "Perfect Coffee at Home," which guides readers through the coffee brewing process. Haft earned a BSBA in Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis in 2009.
