Ryan Locklear has extensive experience in the transportation and social work sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Terminal Operations at Union Pacific Railroad since January 2023, Locklear previously held the position of Manager of Train Operations at CSX from September 2020 to January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Utah Transit Authority, where Locklear worked from January 2015 to September 2020 as a Commuter Rail System Supervisor, Commuter Rail Dispatcher, and Train Engineer/Conductor.
