Lance Obermeyer

Lance Obermeyer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience as a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer across various startups and companies. Currently serving as Chief Scientist at UNION since February 2016, Lance focuses on monetizing the Union POS data platform. Prior to this role, Lance co-founded eRelevance Corporation in September 2013, where the company specialized in marketing automation for healthcare, and was instrumental in developing a mobile application for patient engagement. From March 2006 to October 2012, Lance was CTO and co-founder of Digby, delivering mobile commerce solutions for major retailers. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Technology at Pervasive Software, where Lance led technology efforts and launched Pervasive Postgres, and as CTO and co-founder of Liaison Technology, which developed enterprise-level content management applications. Lance holds a Ph.D. in Computer Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
