Sameer Noorali

Sameer Noorali currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development and HR Tech at UnionCoop since March 2024, after previously holding leadership roles including Director of Talent Transformation at The Learning Initiative and Manager of Talent and Development at Dubai Holding. With extensive experience in talent strategy, development, and digital transformation, Sameer has successfully led projects with prominent organizations such as the Federal Tax Authority, EY, and KPMG. Earlier career roles include Manager of Group Learning Technologies at Al Tayer Group and Manager of Training and IT at Manhattan Associates. Sameer is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on the impact of AI and related technologies in enabling human-centric learning, and holds a Master's degree in IT Management from the same institution.
