Camilla Lundgren is a seasoned leader with over 16 years of experience in managerial roles and more than 30 years in labor negotiations. Currently, Camilla is pursuing degrees in Communicology and Organizational Work at the Scandinavian Institute of Communicology and Linköping University. Previously, Camilla held various key positions at Unionen, including Ombudsman, Group Chief, and Regional Chief, where they focused on labor law negotiations and organizational development. At Lernia AB, Camilla successfully managed vocational training programs, significantly increasing revenue and participant satisfaction.
