Carolin Evander is an experienced ombudsman currently at Unionen and has previously held the same title at Seko from 2015 to 2023. They began their career as a tunneltågförare at Transdev and MTR Stockholm AB between 2003 and 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a pedagog and folkbildare at Runö Folkhögskola & Utvecklingscentrum. Additionally, Carolin worked as a Eurotrainer for the European Trade Union Institute from 2014 to 2015 and briefly as an ombudsman for Fackförbundet Scen & Film in 2025.
