Per Hedman

Per Hedman is currently serving as the Regional Ombudsman at Unionen in Gävleborg since 2024. They previously worked as a vocational teacher at Sandvik Utbildnings AB from 2007 to 2014, specializing in production technology subjects at the high school level. Prior to that, Per was a CNC operator at Sandvik Mining and Construction from 1997 to 2007, manufacturing drill bits for rock drilling. Per also held the position of Club Chair for the Union Club at Sandvik from 2014 to 2024. They hold a degree in Manufacturing Technology and Production Development from Högskolan i Gävle and a teaching degree in Pedagogy from Dalarna University.
