Robert Boronkay has extensive experience in management and human resources, beginning as a Regional Manager at HRG from August 2001 to April 2008. Following that role, Robert joined Unionen in November 2009, where responsibilities included serving as an Ombudsman negotiator and later as verksamhetsansvarig for Unionen Chef, overseeing membership for Sweden's largest trade union for managers. Robert also held the position of Produktansvarig for advisory and negotiation services before advancing to Head of Unionen Chef from April 2018 to May 2021. Additionally, Robert served as CEO at Style Scandinavia from April 2008 to October 2009 and currently holds the position of Officer at Försvarsmakten since August 2024.
