Tomas Agnemo

Tomas Agnemo is an Ombudsman at Unionen Region Stockholm, where they represent members in negotiations related to layoffs and labor rights. With over 25 years of experience in civil society organizations and development cooperation, Tomas has extensive expertise in gender issues, human rights, and advocacy. They have held various impactful roles, including Secretary General at MÄN and Gender Advisor at Rädda Barnen, contributing significantly to projects focused on gender equality and masculinities. In addition to their professional work, Tomas has served as an international election observer and has given a TEDx talk advocating for male engagement in gender equality.
