Unipack AD is a Bulgaria-based company principally engaged in the production of paper, cardboard and paper packaging, printing services, trading with raw material and finished goods, and transportation services in Bulgaria and abroad. The Company is a manufacturer of cardboard boxes and packages for the food processing, perfumery and tobacco industry; paper bags for flour; consumer disposable small plastic trays; household aluminum foil; envelopes and bags, and micro corrugated cardboard packages. Unipack AD offers printing services, including flexi printing, offset printing, formatting and cutting of cardboard and masking paper packages from cardboard and micro corrugated cardboard, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Fort OOD Plovdiv with a stake of 48.95%.
