Manufacturer of pastry ingredients, UNIPÂTIS is a family company created 30 years ago in Paris under the name of "Comptoir des Gelées et Miroirs" to deliver the major pastry companies: Fauchon, Ladurée...
In order to triple its production capacity, the company settled in Normandy for 10 years, 80 km from Mont-Saint-Michel.

With the accumulated know-how of 4 generations of manufacturers, the products are based on artisanal recipes and are respectful of health and the environment. The catalogue now represents a little more than 20 ranges and 200 products.

Ready to use and easy to use, the pastry preparations invite the creativity of pastry chefs and confectioners!
