Benjamin Shemmer

Benjamin Shemmer is a Senior Data Scientist at Unipore, leveraging over ten years of experience in research, teaching, and consulting. After transitioning from academia, Benjamin has utilized quantitative and problem-solving skills in data science, developing machine learning methods and algorithms across various projects such as fraud modeling and insurance loss analysis. Prior to their current role, Benjamin served as an Adjunct Professor of Research at NYU School of Medicine and held positions at AIG and ActionIQ. They possess a PhD in Mathematics from Emory University and a BA from Wesleyan University.
