Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson is Vice President, Product Management at Uniphore. Erik has developed and led Product at leading Silicon Valley companies with over 20 years of experience in the software and communications industry. Prior to joining Uniphore, Erik was Sr Director, Product Management at Vonage where he led the evolution of the Contact Center product and the Product Management team. Before Vonage, Erik was a Product Management leader at Palantir where he built products to accelerate the time to market for Palantir’s analytic applications.

Erik also led Avaya’s Product Management team and the Automation Product portfolio centered around inbound and outbound customer experience for contact centers. Erik started his career in Software Development and Architecture building award-winning IVR and speech application tooling and holds 3 patents for his work in communications innovation.

In his spare time, Erik enjoys cycling, skiing, cooking, traveling, photography and spending time with family and friends.
