Lucy Moore has a diverse background in customer service and operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Uniphore since February 2023 following the company's acquisition of Red Box, Lucy previously held positions as Service Manager and Service Operations Co-Ordinator at Red Box from March 2021 to February 2023.
