Prasanth Parameswaran

Prasanth Parameswaran is an accomplished Principal Product Manager at Uniphore since August 2018, where there has been a focus on building and scaling a Voice Assistant platform. Previously, Prasanth served as a Senior Product Manager, successfully launching a SaaS Voice Assistant platform that automated customer support conversations in four languages within 18 months. A career break from April 2017 to August 2018 allowed exploration of Applied Machine Learning with an emphasis on natural language understanding. Prior positions include Product Marketer at Chargebee, where outbound product management strategies were executed, and Consultant at EY, where IT strategy for a major data center program was designed. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at Ramco Systems and CSS Corp, focusing on presales and GPS fleet management systems. Prasanth holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Venkateswaran College of Engineering.
