Rick Baker

Rick Baker is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Destination Sales Leader at Shell since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rick held senior positions at Volta Charging, including Executive Vice President of Sales and Senior Vice President of Sales, where contributions were made to the advancement of electric vehicle charging solutions. Rick's previous roles also include Chief Revenue Officer at Clearpath Inc. and Airobotics, and Chief Sales Officer at SAVO Group. With a strong background in strategy transformation and operational excellence, Rick has led sales operations and strategies in companies such as Airware and Citrix. Rick holds a BS in Engineering and Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as master's degrees in Theology/Philosophy from Dallas Theological Seminary and Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
