Sylvain Tremblay

Sylvain Tremblay is Senior Vice President of Video AI Business at Uniphore. He comes with a rich experience of around 12 years at Cisco Systems. Sylvain brings a wealth of knowledge across all facets of the customer lifecycle. In his most recent position as Vice-President, Global Virtual Sales and Engineering (GVSE), he led the organization through several strategic transitions to accelerate growth at scale.

Sylvain has been at the forefront of digitizing the customer acquisitions process and introducing AI and analytics-based sales motion. Prior to GVSE Americas, Sylvain held multiple leadership roles in Commercial Sales, Global Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Planning.

Sylvain holds an engineering degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and Postgraduate coursework from McGill University’s International Business program and UCLA. Originally from Quebec, Canada, Sylvain now resides in Nashville with his wife, Marie-Joe, and their two children, Julien and Chloe.
