Michelle Heppler

Michelle Heppler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer-focused leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Unique since March 2023, Michelle previously co-founded Pathmate Technologies AG, where the role of Chief Customer Officer was held from October 2017 to March 2023. Michelle's career includes positions such as Service Innovation Manager at Swisscom and IT Business Project Lead at Daimler AG. Early career experience includes roles at Simon-Kucher & Partners as an Associate Consultant and an internship in Project Management at Daimler AG - Mercedes Benz Financial Services Schweiz AG. Michelle holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) HSG in Business Management from the University of St.Gallen, along with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) HSG in Business Administration from the same institution, and has completed exchange semesters at the University of California, Berkeley, and KEDGE Business School.
