Muhammad Osama

Muhammad Osama has a diverse work experience spanning the fields of data science, research, and renewable energy. Muhammad started their career at GE in 2017, where they served as the Site Lead for GE Renewable Energy. In this role, they collaborated with cross-functional teams, led a team of field service engineers and technicians, and implemented projects to improve efficiency. Muhammad also conducted trainings for skill and productivity enhancement. At Boston University, Muhammad worked as a Research Assistant, collecting and analyzing data for weightlifting exercises using Python libraries such as BeautifulSoup, OpenCV, and Media pipe. Muhammad applied feature engineering techniques and tracked body motion to identify body posture. Currently, Muhammad holds the position of Lead Data Scientist at Unique Computing LLC. Muhammad'sresponsibilities include data collection and preprocessing for AI modeling, building predictive models using various techniques, and designing APIs for machine learning models using AWS API Gateway.

Muhammad Osama completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, graduating in 2017. Muhammad then pursued a Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics from Boston University, which they completed in 2022. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including a Master of Science from Boston University in 2023, the Apache Kafka Series - Learn Apache Kafka for Beginners v3 from Udemy in 2022, and certifications in Data Science Methodology, Tools for Data Science, and What is Data Science? from Coursera in 2021.
