Mike Iles

Mike Iles is currently the Country Director at Unique Group, a role they began in 2024. Before this, they served as Commercial Director at Unique Hydra (Pty) Ltd from 2012 to 2024, where they provided strategic direction and oversaw key departments including Logistics, IT, and Project Reviews. Their earlier experience includes leadership roles such as Sales Director and Project Engineer at various organizations, including Southern Oceanics and the South African Navy, where they honed their skills in project management and marine engineering. Mike earned a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Cape Technikon after completing their Matric at Pretoria Boys High School.
