PWC Property Works was established in 2014, initially offering maintenance services to homes in the ACT. During this period, our team discovered consistent unresolved defects in buildings stemming from their original construction.

As a result, our team expanded, enabling us to undertake complex remediation projects in commercial and multi-residential buildings.

From these beginnings Unique Project Group was born.

Today, UPG takes great pride in delivering projects to the highest standards, employing skilled tradespeople who identify and rectify defects that fail to meet the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards.
Our work encompasses not only adherence to these codes but also the implementation of durable solutions to prevent recurring failures.

Fast forward to today, and Unique Project Group is a leading force in commercial and multi-residential building projects, known for its intuitive, knowledgeable, and professional team. Our approach is simple – we work with you every step of the way to bring your unique vision to life, and ensure your building project is future-proofed for years to come.
