Michael Fifield

Michael Fifield has a diverse professional background that includes roles in customer success, sports counseling, and management. Beginning as a Royal Ambassador at Queens University of Charlotte, Michael progressed to become an End Zone Specialist at Under Armour and later served as a Bookkeeper at Ingles Markets, Inc. Michael held positions as a Graduate Assistant at Wagner College and a Lacrosse Activity Counselor, eventually leading the Sports Department at Camp Highlander. Currently, Michael is a Customer Success Manager at Unique X and previously worked as a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at Brokerkit. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Wagner College, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Appalachian State University, and a degree in Elementary Education from Queens University of Charlotte.
