Lloyd Lee has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Lloyd started their career at Information Managers in 1997 as a Lead Programmer. Lloyd then joined Weserv Systems International Inc. in 1998 as a Systems Consultant, where they supported new enhancements on Glovia products and provided custom functions required by customers. In 2005, they moved to Servicedge Inc. as a Systems Consultant, where they provided consultation on changes to Glovia functionality and led the Glovia Fusion project. In 2006, Lloyd joined AXA Australia as an Analyst Programmer/Business Systems Analyst, responsible for creating data migration designs and providing support for Super 1.0 to Bluedoor Platform. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Pronto Software as a Programmer Support. Since 2015, Lloyd has been with UniSuper, starting as an Acurity Developer and later progressing to the role of Technical Lead, responsible for designing and developing Acurity programs. Currently, they serve as the Technical Service Manager, managing a group of Acurity developers and ensuring the satisfaction of members' needs.

Lloyd Lee completed their high school education from Uno High School between 1978 and 1993. Afterward, from 1993 to 1997, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Santo Tomas. Additionally, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2022.
