Logan McBean is a Technical Support Specialist at UniSuper, where responsibilities include providing real-time coaching and solutions to member-facing staff since July 2019. Prior to this role, Logan worked as a Learning Facilitator at Inland Revenue NZ from February 2014 to May 2019, supporting contact center consultants and facilitating training for new recruits and upskilling initiatives.
