Roy H. has extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and services companies. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Workplace Solutions, Field Services, and Technical Support at Unisys since 2017, Roy H. oversees offerings in digital workplace, cloud, infrastructure, and business process solutions. Prior to this, Roy H. was the Director of Support, Customer Success, and Customer Care for the APJ region at IHS Markit, and held management positions at Cisco, NCR Corporation, and SunGard Financial Systems, focusing on operations, business strategy, and customer service. Education includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Queensland and a BSc (Hons) in Computing from Birmingham City University.
