Adi Harush

Adi Harush has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Adi is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Unit, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Research Assistant at Ubiquitous Knowledge Processing (UKP) Lab from September 2022 to April 2023, where they focused on optimizing and deploying a Machine Learning speaker diarization pipeline for a multimodal analysis of utterance-level psychotherapy processes. Adi also served as the CTO at PubPlus from November 2016 to February 2023, where they developed a revenue attribution solution for publishers. Before that, they worked as a CTO at CrunchMind from October 2015 to February 2023, overseeing the development and operations of 10 owned and operated sites. Adi was also the first employee and CTO at Memeni from February 2012 to October 2015, where they played a crucial role in building the team and designing the technical infrastructure. Adi started their career at Mamram, where they held various roles as a Software Team Leader, Infrastructure & Operations Team Leader, and Trainer at the IDF Programming School from 2005 to 2011.

Adi Harush has a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Darmstadt, with a start year of 2022. Prior to that, Adi completed a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Computer Science from Reichman University, starting in 2021 and ending in 2022. Adi also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, starting in 2016. Adi's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, completed between 2008 and 2011. Adi also has a Programmer certification from Mamram - Computer Academy of IDF, obtained in 2005. In 2004, Adi acquired a High School Diploma in Computer Science from Gymnasia Realit.
