Casey Knecht is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in client relations and product management. Since April 2025, Casey has been with Unit, enhancing customer experiences. Prior roles include Director of Client Success and Senior Client Success Manager at Bespoke Financial from February 2021 to March 2025. At Trellis, from June 2017 to February 2021, Casey led the successful transition of product and client portfolios following an acquisition.
