Mark Lynch

Mark Lynch is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in corporate finance, investor relations, and executive leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at Appian Corporation since October 2008, Mark also holds a Board Member position at Unit21 beginning June 2023. Previously, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer at Appian Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing finance, accounting, and HR functions and leading significant financial milestones such as IPOs. Other notable roles include CFO at MicroStrategy, World Airways, and a consulting firm, as well as Department Chair and Business Education Teacher at Park View High School. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
