Timothy Butler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support and business management. As the Head of Support at Unit21, Timothy managed support operations and possessed advanced skills in support management. As a Technical Support Engineer at ThriveCart and Unit21, Timothy delivered sophisticated technical assistance to clients, utilizing SQL expertise to enhance data integrity and derive business insights. Since June 2023, Timothy has been the owner of The Outlet Cove, overseeing the sourcing and resale of returned and overstock goods while managing operations and staff. As the co-founder of Terabyte Computers, Timothy led the establishment of a successful computer shop and organized industry-sponsored LAN events.
