Richard Hardaker

Richard Hardaker brings extensive experience in technical management and database administration, with a career spanning several decades. Since April 1997, Richard has served as Benchmarking Manager at Unit4, leading a Benchmarking Team to test applications for performance, reliability, and scalability, while also providing technical guidance across the organization. Prior to this role, Richard was a Technical Specialist at Unit4, focusing on performance testing and tuning. Richard's career commenced at N&P Building Society in various IT roles, including Computer Operator and Database Administrator, before transitioning to Abbey, where Richard managed database systems in the insurance MIS team after Abbey's acquisition of N&P.
