Pablo Breuer, Ph.D., is a highly accomplished cyber security and information technology executive with extensive global expertise in innovation, cyber security, and vulnerability assessment. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Hilltop Technologies and a Partner at EPSD, Inc., they have held significant positions including Executive Director of The Center for Information Warfare & Innovation with the US Navy and Chief Information Security Officer for Helm Services, a subsidiary of Stripe. Fluent in English and Spanish, Pablo has contributed to the development of vital national security frameworks and educational programs, mentoring over 300 Naval Information Warfare Officers and instructing at various prestigious institutions. They hold a Ph.D. in Information Science and have published numerous works on cyber risk and information assurance.
