Bernard Maccari

Bernard Maccari has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Bernard started their career in 2011 as an Operator in the thermal treatment workshop at STMicroelectronics. After that, they had an internship in Embedded Software at Lantiq in 2012. Here, they gained experience in developing embedded software for routers running on Linux using programming languages like C, Java, and Python.

In 2014, Bernard worked at Iprova in multiple roles. Initially, they served as a Master Thesis Student, working on their thesis from July 2014 to January 2015. Later, they transitioned to the role of Software Engineer from February 2015 to July 2017. Finally, they held the position of Senior Machine Learning Engineer from July 2017 to July 2019.

In 2019, they joined Kare Knowledgeware as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and worked there until January 2020. During this time, they focused on applying machine learning techniques to enhance their products.

Currently, Bernard is employed at Unit8 SA, where they hold the role of Data Scientist since March 2020.

Bernard Maccari pursued their education in computer science, beginning in the year 2010. Bernard attended CPE Lyon and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer. In 2013, they furthered their education at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), studying computer science for a year before completing their studies in 2014.
